Selection, implementation, migration and support for Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 ERP, Sage Intacct and Sage 50, and help moving off QuickBooks.
Implementation project management
Available on its own, whichever system you’re moving to. We run the implementation from the finance side: what the chart of accounts and job structure need to be before anything is configured, what data comes across and who checks it, when the cutover happens, and when your team gets trained.
How accounting and systems work together
A system set up by the people who will keep the books on it gets set up for the reports you’ll need, not the ones in the demo.
Books kept by people who know the system get corrected in the system, where the error started.
That’s why it’s best when the same team does both.
How we work, and what it costs
Monthly, by project or as needed. Controller work usually runs monthly; an implementation is a project with a start and an end; a clean-up or a one-off report is priced as a one-off. Before any work starts, you’ll know what it will cost.
