Who we are
We do two kinds of work for private companies: we keep the books and act as controller, and we select, implement and support the Sage systems those books run on. The same team does both.
What we know
We believe choosing the right accounting system is an important investment, and we want to be the firm you call about it: selection, implementation, support and the guidance that comes after. We provide timely, friendly support for five Sage products: Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 ERP, Sage Intacct and Sage 50.
As fractional controller, we take an active role in your accounting and financial reporting, so the information is accurate, organized and ready when you need it. Whether your statements are being prepared for an audit, a review, a compilation, the bank or tax purposes, we prepare and manage the process so your external accountants and auditors can complete their year-end work efficiently.
We also work with management on budgets, on the key performance indicators (KPIs) that fit the business, and on the periodic reporting that tells you how you’re doing. That extends to internal processes and controls, and to the one-off reports the system doesn’t produce.

How we work with you
Your bookkeeper stays on the day-to-day, and your external accountant keeps the review or the audit. We take the part in between: the close, the reporting, the system. We can help you understand it — or do it for you.
